Alaskan Pollock is classified as a sustainable source of fish and is therefore an environmentally – friendly buy.
Pollock is from the cod family and is similar in texture and taste, it has a white, flaky flesh and a sweet delicate flavour. We hope you will enjoy trying this addition to our range of fish.
