We at Denmark Street welcome our customers comments and listen to customer requests, as a result of which we have expanded our range of fish and now grill many varieties to provide a heathier option for customers who prefer their fish grilled. The most popular grilled fish at present is Red Snapper, closely followed by Swordfish and Salmon. We can however grill any fish on our menu if required. All grilled fish is cooked to order,and served with a generous helping of salad. Please allow us ten minutes whilst we grill your fish to perfection with a dash of our homemade garlic butter.

Our business continues to evolve around the taste and demand of our existing and many new customers and we welcome customer feedback on other types of fish you would like us to introduce in the future.

We are pleased to introduce the following new lines to our menu, Skate and Sea Bass have now been added in our efforts to give our customers a variety of choices. Both types of fish are already proving popular with our customers.

As Bedford’s premier Fish and Chip shop, supplying one of the largest selections of fish and seafood we are pleased to announce  that we have added skinless Alaskan Pollock to our ever increasing range. Alaskan Pollock is classified as a sustainable source of fish and is therefore an environmentally – friendly buy.

Pollock is from the cod family and is similar in texture and taste, it has a white, flaky flesh and a sweet delicate flavour. We hope you will enjoy trying this addition to our range of fish.
